Please read the terms and conditions of use of our company's services.
This document is an official offer (public offer) of VisaRusTour, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, to conclude an agreement for the provision of services under the terms set forth below.

In accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer.

Acceptance of this offer is considered to be the payment for services on the website visarustour.com.

From the moment of acceptance of this offer, the agreement shall be deemed concluded.


1. General Provisions

1.1. This document regulates the relationship between the Service Provider and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who has accepted the terms of this offer.

1.2. The Service Provider provides services through the website visarustour.com.

1.3. By paying for services on the website, the Customer confirms that they:
  • have read the terms of this offer;
  • fully accept its terms;
  • have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.


2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with services, information about which is posted on the website visarustour.com, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services.

2.2. The description of services, their content, and their cost are posted on the pages of the website.

2.3. Services shall be considered provided after the Customer is granted access to the service or after the Service Provider performs the relevant actions.


3. Order Procedure

3.1. The ordering of services is carried out by the Customer independently through the website visarustour.com.

3.2. Registration on the website is not required to place an order.

3.3. The Customer independently enters the necessary data to place and pay for the service.

3.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for errors made by the Customer when entering data.


4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

4.1. The cost of services is indicated on the website visarustour.com.

4.2. All payments are made in rubles.

4.3. Payment is made in non-cash form through the Yookassa payment system, as well as using the Edsofa.ai service or other payment methods available on the Contractor's website.

4.4. Services are paid by the Customer with 100% prepayment.

4.5. The Customer's payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment system.

4.6. On our website, you can pay for goods using a Visa, MasterCard, or MIR bank card through the Yookassa payment system, or arrange payment via the Edsofa.ai service (if available for the selected service). When paying by bank card, after confirming the order, a secure window will open with the Yookassa payment service page, where you need to enter your bank card details. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Please check the rules and methods of additional identification with the bank that issued your bank card. When choosing payment via the Edsofa.ai service, further processing is carried out in accordance with the terms of the Edsofa.ai service.

4.7. Payment for services provided for in this Offer may be made on the terms set forth in this Offer, or in installments using specialized services, including, but not limited to, the Edsofa.ai service.

4.8. If payment is chosen by means of installment payment through the Edsofa.ai service, the Customer (Payer) undertakes to independently review the terms of the installment payment, conclude the necessary agreements, and accept the offers established by this service.

4.9. The Contractor is not a party to the legal relationship between the Customer and the Edsofa.ai service, but determines the terms of the installment payment. The Contractor is not responsible for the service's decisions to grant or refuse installment payment.

4.10. The obligation to fulfill payment obligations to the Edsofa.ai service rests solely with the Customer, regardless of whether the Contractor has rendered the services. The Customer's breach of obligations to the Edsofa.ai service does not release the Customer from the obligation to pay for the Contractor's services in accordance with this Offer.

4.11. In the event that the Edsofa.ai service refuses to provide installment payment, the Customer has the right to choose another payment method provided for in this Offer.


5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Service Provider shall:

5.1. Provide services to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this offer.

5.2. Provide accurate information about services on the website.

5.3. Maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Customer shall:

5.4. Provide accurate information when placing an order.

5.5. Independently review the description of services before making payment.

5.6. Not use the Service Provider’s services for unlawful purposes.


6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The parties shall be liable for failure to fulfill their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the inability to provide services for reasons beyond its control, including:
  • failures of internet providers
  • failures of payment systems
  • actions of third parties.

6.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits of the Customer.


7. Delivery

Upon the Customer's request, the Contractor shall deliver the Tourist Invitation and the Business Invitation issued on the official letterhead of a Russian organization. To arrange delivery, the Customer must send a request by email to: info@visarusstour.com. The request must contain the following information: full name of the recipient, recipient's address, recipient's contact phone number, and the paid Order number. The Contractor will review the request within 48 hours, during which time they will provide information on the estimated delivery time and cost. After the delivery terms are agreed upon, the Customer will be issued an invoice for 100% prepayment. Upon receipt of payment, the Contractor will submit the Order to the delivery service within 48 hours and provide the Customer with a tracking number.


8. Refund

8.1. Grounds for refund

In accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998, if defects are found in goods/services whose nature does not allow them to be eliminated, the buyer has the right, at their option, to demand the replacement of such goods with goods of proper quality or a proportional reduction of the purchase price. Instead of making such demands, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchased goods and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods. The refund is made strictly to the same card from which the payment was made. At the same time, at the seller's request and at the seller's expense, the buyer must return the defective goods received.
All disputable issues are resolved through negotiations and within the framework of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

You are entitled to a refund in the following cases:
  • Refusal of services at the initiative of the company — full refund of the amount.
  • Significant change in the terms of the contract on our part.
  • Violation of the deadlines for the provision of services specified in the contract.
  • Impossibility of providing the service due to our company's fault.

8.2. Refund deadlines
In accordance with Articles 31-32 of the Federal Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights":
  • In case of refusal of services before they are provided — 100% refund of the amount.
  • In case of refusal during the provision of services — a refund proportional to the unprovided part.
  • In case of inadequate quality of services — full or partial refund as agreed.
The actual period for refunding funds paid in Russian rubles is from 3 to 10 business days from the date of submitting the application.

If the refund is made in a currency other than the Russian ruble, such refund shall be made by the Contractor taking into account the terms of this Offer, as well as the terms of contractual relations with the Contractor's partners that facilitate international payment transactions. The period for refunding funds in a currency other than the Russian ruble may be up to 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date the Contractor receives the refund application and makes a decision on the refund.

8.3. How to request a refund
  1. Submit a written application to our office or by email.
  2. Attach a copy of the contract and payment documents.
  3. Specify the reason for the refund and the bank details for the transfer.
  4. Wait for the application to be processed (up to 10 business days).

8.4. Important exclusions
Refunds are not provided for:
  • Services already rendered (of adequate quality).
  • Expenses incurred by us in preparing documents.
  • Services of third parties (consular fees, processing center commission, etc.).

The refund is made in accordance with Federal Law No. 2300-1 of February 7, 1992 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and the terms of the contract.

The refund of funds to the Customer is made exclusively in the manner and on the terms provided for in this Offer, regardless of the method of payment for services, including payment using installment services.

9. Personal Data

9.1. By providing their data on the website visarustour.com, the Customer agrees to their processing by the Service Provider.

9.2. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, posted on the website.

9.3. The Yookassa processing center protects and processes your bank card data in accordance with the highest international security standard — Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard 3.2 level 1 (PCI DSS). This standard was developed by the Visa and MasterCard payment systems. Each year, certified auditors check whether the processing center meets all requirements and then issue a certificate.
Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using TLS encryption technology. Further information transmission occurs through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. Yookassa does not transfer your card data to us or to any other third parties. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our server.

10. Changes to the Offer

10.1. The Service Provider has the right to change the terms of this offer at any time.

10.2. A new version of the offer comes into force from the moment it is published on the website visarustour.com, unless otherwise specified in the new version.

10.3. Continued use of the website after changes means the Customer agrees with the new version of the offer.


11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

11.2. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.

11.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
